We’ve added Terraria dedicated server hosting to the MaximusHost platform.
Premium members and Founders can now create and manage Terraria servers directly from MaximusHost, with quick setup, adjustable resources, server controls, backups, configuration options, and world management available from the server management page.
Beta Access
Terraria server hosting is currently in Beta.
During this phase, access is limited to:
- Founder members
- Premium members
This allows us to test real-world performance, refine configuration options, improve world management tools, and continue building out the Terraria hosting experience before a wider release.
What You Can Do Now
Terraria servers currently support:
- Quick server creation
- Start, stop, and restart controls
- Adjustable CPU and RAM resources
- Server password support
- Player limit settings
- World name and active world file settings
- Multiple world files per server
- World switching while the server is stopped
- New world creation with selectable world size
- Backups and storage tracking
The new world manager allows each Terraria server to store multiple worlds while keeping one active world selected at a time. World size applies when generating a new world file, so players can create separate small, medium, or large worlds without replacing their existing save.
A Note About Beta Support
Because Terraria hosting is still in beta on MaximusHost, some settings and tools may continue to change as we improve the experience.
