Maximus Host offers several membership tiers to suit different needs. All users start on the Standard tier, and can choose to upgrade to Founder status (a one‑time add‑on) or a Premium monthly membership for more benefits. This page compares the options so you can decide which is best for you.

Standard (Free)

Every registered user automatically has a Standard membership. Benefits include:

• Full control over supported game servers (start, stop, configure and invite players).
• Access to supported games such as Minecraft (Java, Bedrock, Geyser/Floodgate).
• Mod uploads and custom world imports.
• Scheduled uptime and basic automation for starting/stopping servers.
• Community support via Discord or e‑mail.

Standard accounts are pay‑as‑you‑go, so you only need to purchase credits for the servers you run.

Founder Status (One‑time Purchase)

Founder status is a limited‑time add‑on available during the beta. For a one‑time fee (listed on the pricing page) you receive:

• Lifetime Founder badge on your profile and friend directory.
• 15 % discount on credit usage once the beta ends.
• One free usage-billed server for each early-access game.
• Priority access to new server nodes and future game releases.
• 2× referral rewards and early feedback opportunities.
• No stopped-server storage or dedicated-IP charges.

Founder status does not make every server free. Regular servers still use credits while running; their stopped-server storage and dedicated-IP charges are waived. A designated free early-access server has its recurring usage charges waived. The standard 50-credit creation fee still applies. The 15% usage discount will begin after the Founders Beta period.

Premium Membership (Monthly)

Premium is a subscription that provides additional perks and includes a small monthly fee. Benefits include:

• One free usage-billed server for each game currently designated for Founder/Premium early access (for example, Sons of the Forest).
• Priority support and provisioning – your tickets jump to the front of the queue and your servers are provisioned faster.
• Early access to new games and features before Standard users.
• Custom server requests – premium members can request deployment of games not yet on the platform, including custom mod environments. This process involves providing the game files, selecting settings, and waiting for the team to deploy your custom server.
• Higher resource ceilings and experimental features during the beta.

Premium membership is recurring; it renews each month until you cancel. It does not replace pay‑as‑you‑go billing for regular servers. A designated early-access server has recurring runtime, storage, and dedicated-IP usage waived while the subscription is active; the standard 50-credit creation fee still applies.

Which Should You Choose?

• Choose Standard if you just want to host a few servers occasionally and are comfortable paying per hour.
• Choose Founder if you believe in the platform, want the lifetime badge and credit discount, and are happy to support development during beta.
• Choose Premium if you want extra perks, free early‑access game servers, priority support and the ability to request custom game servers. The monthly cost may be worthwhile if you plan to run multiple servers.

If you’re uncertain, you can start with Standard and upgrade later.
Credits and status are applied immediately once you purchase a Founder package or begin a Premium subscription.
