Overview
The Overview tab is the main control page for your Satisfactory server. It displays server details, live resource usage, and common settings you can update quickly.

Server Information
At the top of the page you’ll see basic server details.
ID
Your unique MaximusHost server ID.
Example:
178
This may be requested by support or used internally.
Location
The physical node hosting your server.
Example:
us-east
Choosing a nearby region can improve latency for players.

Resources
This section shows live server usage.
RAM
Displays current memory usage.
Example:
RAM: 1.1 GB
Higher RAM usage may occur when:
- Multiple players are online
- Large factories are active
- Autosaves are running
- Many map areas are loaded
CPU
Displays current processor usage.
Example:
CPU: 12%
Higher CPU usage may occur when:
- Large automated factories are running
- Conveyor networks are active
- Vehicles and trains are moving
- Many players are online
- World simulation is busy
Storage
Shows currently used disk space.
Example:
Storage: 4.2 GB
Storage increases over time from:
- Save files
- Additional worlds
- Logs
- Updates
Select View details for more storage information when available.

Quick Settings
These common Satisfactory settings can be changed without opening advanced configuration pages.
Max Players
Controls the maximum number of players allowed on the server.
Example:
8
Increase this only if your resources can support additional players.
Disable Seasonal Events
Enables or disables special in-game seasonal events such as:
- FICSMAS
- April Fools content
- Other temporary event content
If checked, seasonal events are disabled.
Game Branch
Selects which version branch the server uses.
Default Public
The normal stable public release branch.
Recommended for most players.
Experimental
Receives newer updates first, but may contain bugs or instability.
Recommended only if all players are using the Experimental branch.

Server Identity
This section controls how your server appears in the panel and how players connect.
Name
Your server display name.
Example:
Satisfactory
This helps identify the server in your MaximusHost dashboard.
Subdomain
Creates an easier connection hostname.
Example:
chaos.maximushost.com
This can be easier to share than a raw IP address.
Default game port is typically used unless otherwise shown.

Save Changes
After making updates, click:
Save Changes
Some changes may require a restart before taking effect.
If another save is already processing, wait until it completes before making additional changes.

Troubleshooting
Players cannot join
Check:
- Server is fully started
- Player game branch matches server branch
- Max player limit is not reached
- Correct address is being used
Server lagging
Check:
- RAM usage
- CPU usage
- Extremely large factories
- Too many active vehicles or trains
- Too many players online
Branch changed but server failed to update
Try:
- Stop the server
- Start it again
- Wait for update/install to finish
Seasonal content missing
Make sure Disable Seasonal Events is unchecked.
